Air-Conditioning
Each room is equipped with an individually controlled air-conditioning unit. The temperature control is set standard level, but can be adjusted to your liking. If the key card is removed from the energy saving slot,the air-conditioning unit switches off automatically after approximattly 20 seconds. You can re-activate the system by inserting the key card into the slot. The balcony and the bathroom doors should be closed when the air-conditioner is switched on.
Airline Reservations / Reconfirmations
Airlines reservation can be reconfrimed with the help of the Reception desk. the cost of the telephone call to airline office will be charged to your room bill if you travelled with a travel agency,they will take care of youe flight confirmations and transfers
Airport Pickup Service
Arrangements for hotel to airport transfers can be made at the front desk. You can also pre-arrange an airport to hotel transfers either by fax or e-mail at least one day prior to your arrival.Please state your flight number,arrival date and time. A driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name printed on a signborad .Please do not pay the driver for the trip The transfers cost will be charged to your room.
Baggage Colection

Banquets
Our Banquet staff will be pleased to assist you in making arrangements for social or business receptions in our function rooms.
Birthday
The management is happy to present a birthday cake to celebrate a birthday for our guest who staying at least 7 days with us. To order a birthday cake, please contact the Reception desk at least one day before the celebration.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served at the " Oasis Cafe" offering a sumptuous breakfast buffet between 06.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. please present your key card's envelop to our staff before taking your breakfast.
Check - Out Time
check-out time is before 12.00 noon ,late check-out charges is 200 Baht per hour and if you checked out after 3.00 p.m. a harf day rate will be charge and after 6.00 p.m. a full day will be charge automatically.
Cheques,Personal
Only bank-certified cheques are accepted. Traveller cheques are exchanged at the hotel exchange rates.
Coffee Cornner & Bakery
We serve a fresh coffee and bakery daily from 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. located on 1 st. floor in front of " Oasis Cafe "
Cradit Cards
We welcome and accept all major cradit cards.
Doctor
Medical assistance is avaiaeble 24 hours a day. Please contact the Reception desk for a hotel-visit by the doctor or the amburance from Krung Thai hospital will pick up you within 15 minutes.
Drinking Water
It is not advisable to drink tap water in Thailand. The hotel therefore provides each room with bottled drinking water free for charge (2 bottles /room/day ).
Dry Cleaning / Laundry Service
Please fillout the Laundry / Dry Cleaning from and hand it together with the clothes to the room maid. The hotel has no dry cleaning facilities and will send the items to a shop. In case of damage or loss of your laundry,the hotel reiburses a maximum of 10 times the amount of the washing cost of the item in question.
Electricity
The votage is 220 volts at 50 cycles. Two pin sockets are use throughout Thailand. Please contact the Reception Desk should you need an adapter.
Energy Conversation
In order to save energy,all rooms and suites are equipped with an automatic switch off device that is operated by the key card.Please insert your key card into the slot/or press your key card against the panel beside the entrance door to activate electricity and the air-conditioning system. By retracting the card from the slot/panel, both electricity and air-conditioning will be switched off after approx.20 second.
Fax Messages
Fax messages forms can be found in this room directory folder.Fax messages are send by the Reception staff and the cost will be charged to the room bill. Incoming faxes will be delivered to your room but only if the name of the recipiedt is the same as noted on the hotel registration card . Should you except a fax message please notify the Reception desk..
Fire
In case of fire,please remain calm. Use the alarm bell button located in regular intervals on all floor and proceed to the nearest emergency exit.Fire extinguishers are available on every floor.
Fire Safety
You will find a fire escape route map posted in your room indicating the closest emergency exits from your room. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the location of these exits. Do not smoke in bed room!
Function & Banquet Room
Our function rooms are suitable for banquet,meetings,semenars,weddings. Indoor capacity from 20-120 persons and outdoor can be accommondate for upto 500 persons. Please contact the reception desk or our coordinator for information or to reserve a room.

Housekeeping and Maid Sevice
Extra room suppllies and drinking water ( extra charge ) are anvailable from the Housekeeping Department. Please press the digital sight for make up room or do not disturb according to your requirement.

Late Check-out
Please contact the Reception Desk if you would like to stay in your room after the ragular check-out time of 12.00 (noon). Provided that your room is not needed for new arriving guest,you can stay in your room until 2.00 p.m. at free of charge,after 3.00 p.m. charge is a haft day and after 6.00 p.m.a full day will be charge .Kindly make arrangements at reast one day prior to your departure. Please be advised that late check-out request,especcially during weekends, may be difficult to accommodate.

The hotel provides a limousine sevice according to your order,please contact our Front Desk to make a reservation in advance.
Lost and Found
The reception will offer assistance in tracing lost property.Found items will be kept for 6 months.After such period,the found items are donated to charitable institutions.
Messages
Incoming messages,mail faxes,emails,etc. will be delivered to your room provided that the recipient's name corresponds to the name on the hotel's registration card . Should you wish to check or leave a message , please contact the Reception Desk.
